Tai Chi Ch’uan; the Supreme Ultimate, is a system of exercise based upon core principles of relaxation, balance and "effortless breathing". The form presented here for study is the Cheng Man-ch’ing 37 Posture Tai Chi-Ch’uan Solo Form; or, the Cheng Man-ch’ing "Short Form".

Originally schooled at Centered Heart Tai Chi Ch’uan, Carrie continues her studies locally with Eric Hornak and teachers of the Cheng Man-ch’ing lineage including Ben Lo of San Francisco and Kim Kanzelberger of Center States Tai Chi Chuan in Kansas City. Carrie is also a Registered Nurse and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner as well as a board member and volunteer HT practitioner with Life Spark Cancer Resources.
When practiced regularly according to principles, Tai Chi imparts multiple benefits including but not limited to:
