All Levels Hatha Yoga in our newly renovated space. The carriage house is the new home of the Eli Ashby Studio/Event Center. Some benefits of a regular Yoga practice include easing anxiety, increase self-esteem and confidence, improve the immune system, and tone muscular and skeletal systems.

Reconnective Kids!™

Reconnective Kids!™ is the newest program from the Reconnection®- created to teach children Reconnective Healing®! This two hour workshop is facilitated by practitioners who have been specially trained by The Reconnection to teach and gently guide children through a discovery process of learning to direct, focus and work with this new healing bandwidth and expand their conscious awareness of the connectedness of everyone and everything.
