HypnoBirthing is a method devised by Marie Mongan which allows for a pure natural childbirth experience free of drugs and pain. This six week course replaces the traditional Childbirth Preparation Classes and enables women to birth in a way that most mirrors nature. Children are brought into the world in a safe, relaxed and joyous manner.
